These terms govern your use of this application, operated by the operator of this application. By installing or using it, you agree to them.
What you may use it for
You may connect CRM accounts that you own or are authorised to administer, and use the application to move or synchronise data between them. You may not use it to access an account you do not have permission to access, or to extract data you are not entitled to.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure, and disconnect accounts you no longer control.
- Make sure you have the right to move the personal data you move, and that doing so is lawful where you and your contacts are.
- Back up before you write. Use the dry run and the seeding pass first. Once records are written into a destination, undoing them is a matter for that system, not this one.
- Comply with the terms and rate limits of every provider you connect.
What the application does and does not guarantee
The application is designed to be careful with your data: writes are recorded so a repeat run does not duplicate records, sync compares content rather than timestamps so it does not overwrite itself, and nothing is written during a dry run or a seeding pass.
It nonetheless depends entirely on third-party APIs that we do not control and that change without notice. Data types differ between systems and not every field has an equivalent everywhere. We do not warrant that every record will transfer, that a transfer will be lossless, or that a provider will remain available. The application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Things it deliberately will not do
- It does not delete records from any connected system. Resetting a job clears only its own bookkeeping.
- It does not send messages. Conversation history is filed as history; migrating a thread never texts or emails a contact.
Availability and support
We aim to respond to support enquiries within one business day. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of anything that would break an existing job.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits arising from your use of the application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the application and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms, or where continued use would put another party’s data at risk.

HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign and Keap are trademarks of their respective owners. This application is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the application after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
